My Wife had successful ultrasound treatment by Dr. Lipsman for essential tremor in her right hand July 2023. We're waiting for her next appointment to remedy the tremor in her left hand. This is amazing non-invasive surgery & is useful for all sorts of conditions. The country needs more clinics!

Does anyone really trust these numbers? Trump and his cronies likely cooked them up.
A relief, and good news: September's jobs report was (finally!) released, and it shows a relatively healthy labor market.

Payrolls +119k, a bit stronger than expected, and definitely well above recession territory.

The unemployment rate rose a tick to 4.4%, continuing a slow but worrying trend.

Used to buy "organic ground beef" at Costco. No more, no idea whether it's actually organic or even safe to eat. Lots of homegrown products. I'd be happy if they barred US stuff from coming here.
Canada is creating a task force to monitor the safety of U.S. food imports after RFK Jr. cut 3,500 FDA staff. Weaker U.S. standards require increased monitoring and diligence for Canada, generating trade barriers and consumer distrust, resulting in economic damage for U.S. producers and farmers.

The ‘U.S. Risk Task Team’ will keep an eye on the impact of regulatory changes on food imports

Toyota, Lexus & Hondas made here. Some Chrysler minivans and some new Generation chargers and GM trucks, too, but I'll never buy another big 3 again. Lots of better choices.

OK, so why isn't he under arrest? This type of crap needs to be addressed.

Not that there are any other pressing needs for that money. I guess the lack of health care in towns like Port Colbourne or Fort Erie don't matter to these clowns.

Not sure of the context of her point, but I might agree. If we ship more LNG to supplanted coal/dung/oil fired power generation then yes we will have a more substantive impact on GHGs across the world than ever will reducing our 1.5% of global GHG output. And we can actually maintain our lifestyle!

I don't believe those numbers. We live 1/2 hour from Niagara and almost no one around me goes, except 1 family that is pretty stubborn.
I saw the stats. I did not like the stats. I do like it that even 11% fewer makes a huge dent.

I think it's sad that this even needs to be talked about. We are supposed to hold our elected reps to a high standard & we expect them to act in OUR best interest. If they lie, they should be removed from office, plain and simple. Is that not part of the oath we see them swearing to every election?
I 💯 support this petition!

We need to stop every single radical, woke, science believing, Liberal leftist from spreading lies and disinformation. We need a government filled with conservatives where people believe anything we tell them.

There is currently a petition to the House of Commons asking the government to draft legislation that would make it so MP's could not lie and spread misinformation/disinformation.

Sounds like a good idea to me 👍
