Neighbours having a bonfire? Wrap some chicken bones in a doll’s outfit. Hide them in the ashes. Tomorrow, tell their kids a fairy must have fallen in.

Once again we’re being warned that if we ask billionaires to pay their fair share of tax they might leave the country. So it’s definitely worth trying.

You'd have to say "let our clearly violent hard right hooligans, who the last time they were allowed to come to a foreign city were caught on camera in multiple videos being violent hard right hooligans, come to your city or it's like the holocaust" is really up there as a classic UK media moment

The privatisation of water has been a disaster and continues to rip-off millions of customers whilst handing obscene bonuses to shareholders.

It's time to take it into public hands, bring down bills and protect our rivers and oceans.

Please can I have a Nobel peace prize, I helped a friend of mine murder a bunch of his neighbours and now I’ve told him to stop, so I’ve definitely done a peace. Give me the prize immediately please, not that anything could possibly go wrong, but just give it to me now, or else.

Over 14 years, the Tories and their friends robbed us blind. And Labour continues to support the privatised world that also robs us blind

The rich are getting richer and, through their media & politicians, are telling the poor to ignore who is really making their lives harder & blame brown people
More depressing is that ppl actually believe the problems we face in the uk are because of immigrants.

Andy Street is spot on. Birmingham is a brilliant city. Vibrant, diverse, wonderful.
“I’ll put it bluntly, Robert is wrong… it’s actually a very integrated place... Not the definition of a slum.”

This journalist is literally inviting Jenrick to share his views, while being accused of shutting down the debate! Astonishing.
Wow. Robert Jenrick doubles down by branding a black journalist's questions "ridiculous" and saying that the problem is not his comments, but "journalists like you who pop up and try to knock me down", adding that "this is the reason why terrorist attacks happen". ~AA

Trump going on about London being a terrible, unsafe place to live.
London’s homicide rate is c1.5 per 100,000, a tiny fraction of most American cities (e.g. St Louis 88, Atlanta 32). Maybe he should stop listening to Herr Farage and get his own house in order.
