It’s a real shame that Nigel Farage is too unwell to do interviews the morning after Donald Trump threatens us with sanctions.

Here he is with “the bravest man he ever met”. He campaigned to make Trump President, and has spent the last year enjoying all the chaos he has caused.

Just a regular reminder that the ENTIRE premise behind the draconian and militaristic immigration enforcement we have been witnessing the past year is based on an empirically disproven lie.

Data does not support claims that the United States is experiencing a surge in crime caused by immigrants.

The problem is not that we can’t impeach the president. Although we can and should. The real problem is that we can’t impeach Stephen Miller because we never elected or confirmed him.

Week by week - Laura Kuenssberg is interviewing the party leaders.

When I agreed to come on the show, I was told Nigel Farage was also doing it.

He's now pulled out - and they've sent the deputy instead.

The same Nigel Farage who's refusing to debate me.

A pattern emerging...

Newton spent most of his time analysing the Bible and carrying out experiments in alchemy - and of course he became Master of the Royal Mint, where he devoted his life to a hunting down forgers. Only a relatively small fraction of what he did was science. How amazing is that?
Newton got some stuff REALLY right. But most stuff he got completely wrong.

Yes, Robert Jenrick is a racist who has joined a racist party that panders to racists.

That's the big news of the week.

These so-called "patriotic" 🇬🇧newspapers who brought you Brexit were never really patriotic at all.

They are driven by a disdain for Britain's European neighbours, and a fawning obsession with America.

They do not really want 🇬🇧 to be sovereign. They're content being a 🇺🇸vassal.

We have to classify, X, Facebook and the rest of the tech platforms as ”publishers“, legally responsible for everything that appears. It’s unnaceptable that they hide behind their users & use the “nothing to do with me, guv” defence.

They make untold billions.

It’s up to THEM to police their sites
