My guess is that federal employees who resist illegal impoundment orders will be put on paid leave and fired (could be what happened at US AID). General Counsels should stop this, but Trump prioritized hiring lawyers who would greenlight illegal actions. Fed employees left on their own.
This is all about a new President trying, on his own, to override the policies adopted through the constitutional process by Congress, and signed into law by a previous President. That flouts the congressional power of the purse and violates the ICA, even though it's temporary.

I made a Doom source port that runs within a PDF file.
PDFs support Javascript, so Emscripten is used to compile Doom to asm.js, which is then run within the PDF engine. Input/output is done by manipulating text input fields.
