Genuine rule question: what's the difference between good record and good conduct in this scenario? And then the difference between good record and repeat offender? Is repeat offender when you're repeating the same kind of offence and good record based on general number of cards?
I have now seen the workings and still don't understand it....

When I used to stack shelves in Wilkos this was legitimately one of the worst things about the job. Nearly two straight months of Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on repeat. After a while it genuinely started to drive you insane.
The onslaught of piped in Xmas music is workers rights issue. It was THE thing I complained to management about when I worked @ B&N.
If we had to hear “Baby Shark” everywhere we went for two whole months out of the year we’d throw a fit, right?
And rightfully so.
So tell me, why do we put up with it when the song is “Frosty the Snowman”?

It finishes 28-12 to England which makes this game sound more one-sided than it was. Absurd number of early injuries meant this was always going to be tough for us and our lineout was a mess, but otherwise a decent enough showing from a scratch team, particularly in defence.
