🚨 ICE disappeared a woman on Wednesday night. She was grabbed by men in plainclothes and taken to an unidentified location.

No. Computers are not "aware" of anything. Stop ascribing complex, human-level cognitive processes to algorithms. "This computer is programmed with the information that this behavior is illegal" ≠ "this computer is aware". This is the same reason they "hallucinate"; THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF REALITY.
