Trump and multiple administration officials have committed thousands of crimes and impeachable acts in Trump's present and prior terms.

Congress has a duty to impeach.

Unless We the People demand that Congress do its job and impeach, convict & remove Trump, the USA may soon be involved in yet another stupid war benefitting nobody but profits of the military industrial complex. The rest of the world now views the USA like Trump, as a dangerous, insane criminal.

it's easy for that equation to stay that way when the 220 people don't have any pressure to change their vote, as can happen when they're forced to go on record about specific articles of impeachment describing the accumulating crimes & outrages
the 220 can & need to be confronted w/ their positions

Use this handy trick in your next authoritarian takeover:

One chill and normal way to ease tensions about the rollout of a massive release of files about a child predator that hung out with the President for decades is to simply co-opt the social media of the "independent" agency! People love it!
Sounds legit

Sen. Schiff OPPOSES impeachment so take this for what it’s worth (nothing).
The overwhelming majority of the American people and even the Roberts Court agree: this unlawful weaponization of our National Guard must end.

It is long past time for our servicemembers to return to their homes and stop being deployed against their own communities.

We don't need answers

We need to put murderers in prison
With the Trump administration promising to continue these illegal boat strikes, transparency can't wait.

Congress, the courts, and we the people have a responsibility to shine a light on these deadly strikes now and defend the principle that no one — not even the president — is above the law.
Trump's Boat Strikes Are Illegal. The Public Needs Answers. | ACLU
The Trump administration must release its legal justification and all other materials related to its illegal lethal strikes on civilian boats at sea.

Why is he doing a Baghdad Bob here? 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Sternly worded letter from @schumer.senate.gov in 5, 4, 3, 2,...
Schumer: The law was written very clearly, and it did not allow all these redactions—this blacking out of everything. It did not say you can dribble them out over a period of months. These guys are full of shit. They should simply release it all now.

Nixon and Clinton got Impeached for far, far less.
Since his dime store lawyers suggested he could get away with more authoritarian stuff under the guise of “National Security”, anything he doesn’t like is labeled a threat to national security.

Citizens’ impeachment has been out here demanding accountability for nearly a year. People on the internet have argued that it was impossible, that we shouldn’t bother trying, that no one was going to listen, that Trump would never allow it.

Because this administration is, at its core, a corrupt enterprise focused solely on avoiding accountability for the president, it can’t stop making blatantly illegal efforts to tamper with the evidence it is supposed to be releasing.

That means we have our work cut out for us!

Demand impeachment now, flood GOP reps with demands of impeachment.

At the bare minimum, we must require everyone that wants to be elected pursue prison for Trump and his regime enablers. That should be our baseline demand of every future representative. No more "Forgive and move on"

Congress should pass a law to set up a special court to try these Trump officials. They can do so under existing law and the Constitution.

It’s not a bill of attainder if the law is already on the books.

Also, at minimum strip SCOTUS jurisdiction to review.

Everyone in the government that was involved in sending American people to the CECOT concentration camp must go to prison.

Prison. There must be consequences. Starting with Kristi Noem.
Yes, CECOT is a concentration camp in the guise of a prison. The Venezuelans were the first people to *ever* be released from CECOT since Bukele opened the prison in January 2023. Seriously. The first.
These are concentration camps. No other way to describe them. Truly horrific, and none of it surprising in the least.

Correct. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is threatening to break the federal law. He is in the Executive Branch, and must faithfully execute the laws passed by Congress. He took an oath! If he tries this, he should be impeached, IMO.
