Calling the murder of 24 people a "test" of the ceasefire is something that should get a journalist fired.
Israel's military launched airstrikes on Gaza in the latest test of the ceasefire that began on 10 October.

Health officials in Gaza reported at least 24 people killed and another 54 wounded, including children jrnl.ie/6883001

Every far-right riot and protest that was tolerated, every racist dog whistle from public reps, every bit of hate and misinformation allowed to spread by social media companies, all led to this moment in Drogheda last night where someone felt emboldened enough to try to burn children alive.

Remember - the Irish government was told years ago when the total was still well under 10,000 how to eradicate homelessness by the man who did so in Finland, and it just ... didn't bother.
And since then, the majority of you kept voting for them.
Well done, everyone. Well done. 👍

I hope people call out this tactic of calling centre parties/people "left" or "woke" to try and shift the actual left and centre parties to the right. It worked with FF, FG, and SF, who have shifted further right. Thankfully the left parties haven't fallen for it. #SpéirGhorm #Áras25
How deranged do you have to be to see FG as woke
David Quinn (who else) on Brendan O'Connor show now, dominating the discussion. FG rep says we need to connect with young people. DQ says you need to connect with people like me, he says FG 'too woke'.

Can see where this narrative is heading.

Exactly this, the completely wrong lessons were learned from the result of the family and care referendum because media and government wildly oversimplified it and handed a win to the right. We can't let that keep happening. #SpéirGhorm #Áras25
Even if there had been a Maria Steenish candidate to absorb the 10-12% of spoiled votes, the result would still be resoundingly for CC. That should be the story. Instead itll be used as an excuse to move to the right rather than accept that the majority of voters chose a left wing candidate #aras25

The Government needs to find around 70,000 extra people in a variety of construction-related roles to fulfil Ireland’s housing targets.

To bridge this shortfall, it is asking Irish construction workers the world over to return and “Build Back Home”.
