Literally no one is going to believe there were full disclosures if Trump's name is not all over them.
As ridiculous as it is, this plan might be the only way to set #Europe on a path of stronger pan-European cooperation that can eventually lead to innovation and consolidation in IT, AI, banking, and manufacturing and reduce dependence on USA and China.
