More sitting members of Congress need to call this out. Just putting rules on the books for ICE/CBP isn't going to work because they won't follow them, and there isn't a mechanism in place to enforce those rules.
"Deploying body cameras" is not enough.
Without a clear usage policy and enforcement mechanism, this is a recommendation at best. That's why I'm fighting to pass real reforms into law.
