Some dementia presentations may be “reversible”— about 7-10% of dementia cases. These situations are mostly due to severe depression or B12 deficiency, but also potentially medication side effects, normal pressure hydrocephalus, infections, other vitamin deficiencies or thyroid issues. 1/2

Scientists Find New Evidence Linking Dementia to Brain’s Waste Removal System
A large-scale study has revealed how problems with the brain's waste removal system may lead to vascular dementia, the second most common form of dementia after Alzheimer's disease. The research, involving brain scans from 3,750 people across four different groups, provides new insights into how cognitive decline develops and suggests potential pathways for treatment. Researchers at USC's Keck School of Medicine found that poor functioning of the brain's waste clearance system, known as the glymphatic system, correlates strongly with decreased cognitive performance.

Sooo, this trial seems to show Brahmi 300mg (dosage is always important!) is not superior to Doneprazol for mild cognative impairment. What it could have said is- Brahmi 300mg has the same effect with less side effects than Doneprazol.
