Let's just assume it's less about building a 401 tunnel & more about creating a
$$ funnel.
As it begins, with $9M for a study .. 🤔 ..
maybe someone should be following the $$.

He wants a study, on the feasibility of tunnels under the 401? Really? He somehow missed the torrential rains and flooding in ALL low spots along highways everywhere…? How can he be that blind?

So long as FN rights are respected i'm all for it.
They won't be as provinces have proved, and are still proving(looking at you Ford, Houston, and Smith, you dense MFers), but we can still hope.

67000 new jobs this month drop in unemployment to 6.9% none of this was expected so something is happening in the manufacturing field

Given Trump's chaotic impact on world economies, relationships, etc, anyone thinking Carney (or anyone else) could deliver a perfect budget that would make every Canadian happy is delusional. The budget is a response to economic war & sad fact is it's hard to get everything you want in times of war.

Around 10 years ago we had relatives visiting from Wales. They just HAD to go shopping in Bellingham. When we got to the border this very scary American border guard all decked out in typical gear treated them like criminals. Had to go in for third degree. At 🇨🇦 the guard welcomed them back so nicely

More like he’s abandoned his responsibilities (job) to the people and is focussing on his rich buddies to pad his bank account through favours. We are being robbed. Carney can’t stop that. People need to vote!

They blocked me, so I blocked them, and I took a look at some of their posts, and my best guess as to 'why' would be that they for some reason dislike people who support Carney and went on a blocking spree. They also talk about 'koolaid drinkers' in regards to supporters of the budget.

I believe he is.
Could've been a bit less "cut the luxury tax" stuff.
But we held onto the gains we made in the last Parliament & there will be opportunities to expand those in the coming years.
This HAD to be about economic independence.

What do investment bankers do in the private sector?
They analyze projects, governments, taxes etc to find investments for their clients.
In doing so they also see the economic benefits those projects etc provide to the people in those countries etc.
PM Carney literally knows how to grow countries.

Our economy is creating good new jobs across Canada.
And with Budget 2025, we'll continue to empower workers, help our industries thrive, and build our country together.

Yet the left narrative is to go on and on that climate not being supported by the Liberal govt. Notice to the left: its a balance thats required. Not zero under Cons or everything all at once regardless of cost as left screams about.
The Doom and Gloom media/social media were wrong about the budget's climate policies.

Add in the new investments in clean energy etc & Canada is far ahead of where it was.

We’re learning a lot about people’s beliefs and identity, just like during the pandemic. There are those that insist on doom and gloom and nothing but their opinion will work. That also applies to a sizeable segment of ‘experts’.
