Not to state the obvious, but none of them were sent to a terrorist prison in El Salvador. They all had lawyers, indictment by grand jury, a trial or a guilty plea where a judge ensured it was knowing & voluntary & access to an appeals process. In other words, all the hallmarks of due process.

It boggles the mind that we have people who are facing more than one mass shooting event in their lifetime. Any other developed country in the world would have fixed this problem. Our greed and backwards values have corrupted us.

It boggles the mind that we have people who are facing more than one mass shooting event in their lifetime. Any other developed country in the world would have fixed this problem. Our greed and backwards values have corrupted us.

Can I just say it's a little grotesque when you refer to your living parents' money as your inheritance? They don't have to leave it to you. Also, maybe they want to spend it all!

So many folks are enjoying this because they don't even have enough to have 401ks. They hate it when other folks are doing a smidgeon better than they are. Don't forget that we have quite a few really mean, vindictive folks in this country. Especially in the "religious" South.
