I know how I'm voting. How about you, #HorrorWatch folks?
All right my gibbering graverobbers of #HorrorWatch! What shall we watch for our second Scream Queen themed week of February?

I thought about doing it with interactive fiction, and maybe even doing some gamey stuff with it? I still might! But I kind of like the idea of doing something tales from the crypty
February 9, 2026 at 9:31 PM
haha thanks! It's going to be fun, I think
February 9, 2026 at 9:31 PM

Video Game Creator would be my guess?

Mine says I was a fantasy writer. I guess, kind of? There is no horror author section on it, which is very weird, since the horror community is huge on bsky

argh I go for a walk during my lunch break and come back to my work computer doing updates and restarting itself and losing all my work

GAH. I hate it when it does it during the day without my asking
February 9, 2026 at 6:21 PM
omg the stories behind the movie is almost more entertaining than the movie!
February 9, 2026 at 6:20 PM
Now there's a challenge! Brilliant!
February 9, 2026 at 6:19 PM
Thank you!!! I'm kind and of excited about it, it could be a lot of fun
February 9, 2026 at 5:12 PM
Jfc that's insane!
February 9, 2026 at 5:11 PM
Hmm. Subscribing to this you would get a virtual library card to the library of hell

or something like that...still thinking this through
still toying with this idea of a horror short story collection that acts like the old Amicus Horror Anthology movies, or Tales from the Crypt or Creepshow...where you have a horror host introducing each story, and this one is a ghoulish librarian

I think I might do this for Patreon, actually

Each week, not month, oops

I know a lot people say they miss the voting window each month, so here I am reminding you to vote, #HorrorWatch!

I know people who like Brave, but from what I hear it has tons of AI as well as mines bitcoin while you browse (they say these are features?) Not sure though! This is all second hand.

I need to try it and Vivaldi for sure & find out for myself

it's difficult. I'm using Firefox, but I guess even firefox is jumping on the AI bandwagon, sigh
February 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM
oh no, it won't, I just don't like the idea of AI being crammed into everything, so I'm leaving. Your problems seem way worse
February 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM
they started offering AI overviews of emails lately

I'm started to slowly move away from gmail and google search
