The Trump administration summarily fired the staff of the U.S. Institute of Peace late Friday night, less than two weeks after forcibly removing the congressionally funded organization’s president and installing in his place an agent of tech Elon Musk’s U.S. DOGE Service.

Question for OPM: about 30% of federal workers at the VA are Veterans. They were given a preference for hiring because they're Veterans. Disabled Veterans got a higher preference.
They are DEIA hires.
