The reply to Lavrov should be "There are NO legitimate targets in Ukraine for the Russian military, because Russian troops are in Ukraine illegally. But that makes Russian troops legitimate targets - for Ukraine, & countries that Ukraine invites to join it in exercising its right to self defence."

Due to a massive drone assault 26 Ukrainian trains are delayed for more than an hour. The Swedish railway authorities have a worse track record than that, without any drone assaults.
Russia launched a massive drone strike last night targeting substations powering Ukraine’s railway network, Deputy PM Oleksiy Kuleba said. Over 20 passenger trains were on routes during the attack, none hit. Still, 26 trains are delayed over an hour as Russia seeks to disrupt transport.

The fact that the thing we're calling artificial intelligence *can't do math* and yet we're jamming it into programs that successfully *have done math* for decades, then warning people against using the AI to do math, seems like an excellent summary of where we are.
