I have a main account, @lattesdotter.bsky.social, but I wanted a separate account to talk about chronic illness and chronic fatigue. I have been suffering Chronic Fatigue for over 10 years and have gotten a lot of support from online communities.

I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday to get blood tests done. I haven’t had any in 3+ years (or see a doctor actually) so I really should get them but.

Ugh. I don’t wanna. #pwME #MECFS

There are so many other things I could be doing with that little bit of energy instead. And the PEM too. Sigh

## Hyper-Specific Sub-Field Selection & Research Topic Generation: **Neuro-Immune Systemic Signaling Modulation via Targeted Microglial Network Rewiring for Mitigation of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome**
**Rationale:** Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) presents a persistent, debilitating condition with profound neurological and immunological implications, demonstrating a strong interplay between the nervous and immune systems. Microglia, the brain’s resident immune cells, are increasingly recognized as central drivers of CFS/ME pathology, exhibiting dysregulated activation and aberrant signaling. Targeted modulation of microglial network interactions offers a potentially transformative avenue for therapeutic intervention.

The second #art poster inspired by the works of Walter Crane, "Labour is Entitled" (2024) is another three cat portrait commission. The slogan itself was first used in the early 19th century. It features three workers in industries vital to cats: fishing, biscuit making, and catnip production.

Reposting this again. Please join me in supporting the disability awareness work I do here online. It is very expensive managing all of chronic illnesses. Not too mention prices of everything has skyrocketed

I like doing this work but it does take a physical an emotional toll on me. Thank you! 🌹
Please don't just swipe on by. I'm disabled and I hate to ask for money but right now this month I need it more than ever. With Trump's snap cuts and plus just with inflation and general I'm really struggling.

Anything helps ❤️🙏🏻♿
