「外国人が奈良の鹿を蹴り上げていた」というホラを補強するために「私がそういう外国人をお見かけして注意した」というもう一つ大きなホラをついてしまったように、総務省公文書問題の時についた「総務省レク文書は捏造だ」というウソを補強したくて「役所レクというものを受けたことがない」という一つ大きなウソが口をついて出てしまったのではないか、という推測をしたくなる（奈良鹿蹴り上げ外人に注意した話も含めて全部本当なのかもしれないけど）
