This makes me think Crunchyroll is now operating on the strategy of sabotaging their competition instead of trying to put out a solid service. Discotek can't make money if you license all the classic anime!
Turns out Crunchyroll has literally had the license for the Ashita no Joe anime... FOR YEARS... and simply did nothing with it, likely only finally offering it now because TMS & Kodansha possibly forced them to, to help promote the manga's release.
