the first Harry Potter book came out in the US when I was 13, so I was spared. In terms of stuff that was important in my childhood, I am not aware of Brian Jacques ever saying anything reactionary about gender before he died. And if he had made a statement it would be "the hares are all trans guys"

With all the yelling and pleading going on for the sake of one guy trapped in El Salvador, might as well woken up 2% and push for all of the prisoners to be brought back to the U.S.
