The US Administration has chosen to obliterate huge swathes of our scientific research.

That decision will kill Americans.

Conservative Americans and Liberal Americans.

In the Weiss Room

Bad girl Bari's media operation is a strange brew and it's spread more COVID misinformation than Eric Clapton. Some say CBS News is at a crossroads, but even if she doesn't look too wonderful tonight, she'll probably stay in the sunshine of Donald Trump's love.

Man, I really might have to keep Twitter for a while longer. I've scrolled on here for a few minutes and no one besides @jztidecat.bsky.social poking fun at us has even mentioned the @ny-knicks.bsky.social are bringing home the NBA Cup!

What a horrific way to wake up on the morning before the first night of Hanukkah. Two mass shootings on opposite sides of the world, each targeting one of my communities (of very different sorts). As a Jew, and a Brown University alum, this is just too much.

Jeez, this is in one of the libraries during finals week (or therabouts). Looks like maybe the SciLi (though both major libraries have this brutalist architecture, so I'm not certain). So scary.

Maybe It’s because I have a personal connection to both attacks - I’m Jewish and a Brown alum - but these mass shootings are hitting especially hard, even by the grim standards of our time

This is the story tonight. Every Dem who was in that room should be telling us what they saw.

Simply amazing that the Supreme Court declared an end to legal race discrimination in the affirmative action case two years ago and now allows overt racism in both immigration arrests and redistricting.

Using race to help minorities? Bad. Using it to discriminate against them? Very, very good.
