The CNN story that the former Alito clerk is responding to was purely about Alito's demeanor on the bench, which everyone can see for themselves if they are in the courtroom.
You don't get on the Supreme Court by having interpersonal manners that match Alito's ideological commitments.
Clarence Thomas is apparently one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and famously knows the name of every single employee at the Supreme Court, down to the night janitors. His character is still bad! Not sure what “Alito is a kind in interpersonal situations” has to do with this.

Breaking NBC:

Family members of two Trinidadian men who were killed in a U.S. boat strike in October have sued the U.S. government — accusing it of wrongful death and extrajudicial killings.

The lawsuit is the first of its kind to be filed against the Trump admin.

Horrible. The fact that this is happening as Bezos and his bride are gallivanting at Paris Couture Week right now in outfits what could fund a reporter’s yearly salary makes this all the more infuriating.
A bloodbath at The Washington Post. What a terrible day for journalism.

The Supreme Court has agreed this term to hear the fewest number of cases since the Civil War. While #SCOTUS's emergency/shadow docket often gets flak for overwhelming the court, some say this term's caseload is part of a bigger, more concerning trend. www.law360.com/articles/243...

That doesn't sound like it fits within the "historical tradition of firearm regulation"
Kash Patel: "You cannot bring a firearm, loaded, with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want. It's that simple. You don't have a right to break the law." (Pretti was carrying a gun legally.)
