It matters that your bus or streetcar shows up when you need it. Bunching & gapping leads to overcrowding, inefficient service & more congestion. I’m grateful my motion was approved to expand the TTC’s Bunching & Gapping Pilot to routes across the city.

Y'all are giving us whiplash with all these announcements this week! This is going to make a massive difference to transit riders in Scarborough and we are thrilled!

It's also a testament to what can be accomplished without provincial meddling. Metrolinx, take note.

Scarborough busway to open earlier than expected, says Mayor Olivia Chow
Construction for the $93.8-million project to convert the defunct Scarborough Rapid Transit corridor into a busway began this year and wasn’t expected to finish until at least 2027.

We've seen what a Ford majority government looks like.

If you're a wealthy, well-connected insider, it's going great. If you're not, then life in Ontario has only become harder and more expensive.

Imagine what we could accomplish if we put everyday people first.

55% of Ontarians didn't vote in the last provincial election. People have lost faith in government because of politicians like Doug Ford.

That's my challenge. Getting out there and earning people's trust. Showing them government doesn't have to be corrupt. That it can change things for the better.

The Ontario Science Centre property at 770 Don Mills Rd doesn’t belong to Doug Ford. It belongs to the TRCA and the City of Toronto. I’m asking council to ensure that this architectural masterpiece be kept in a state of good repair so it can one day serve the public again.

LRTs should not be waiting for left turning vehicles. More than 50,000 are going to take this line daily. How many of them are going to reconsider and maybe think about driving instead?

This federal government has failed to recognize that transit is a nation-building project. Transit supports a strong economy. Transit supports climate resilience. Transit connects communities and opportunities.
