Here’s the thing.. he’s not wrong. At first, I wrote this off as supplying batteries for President Musk. But it turns out it’s a whole lot more than that.. here’s the Cold War with China they’re not talking about… /🧵

I do apologize for any strife of traumas but it had to be done.

Frankly, these ( #UHC) parasites simply had it coming.

A reminder: the US has the #1 most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank roughly #42 in life expectancy.

This new report from highlights that we’re headed in the right direction. We know that too many people still face challenges finding a home they can afford and we will continue to make investments to make a difference for people.

I looked in the rear view mirror the other day and realized my 4 year old is far too cool to be hanging out with me.

She’s too young to realize this yet, but my days are certainly numbered.

Nothing gets my 4 year old out of bed faster in the morning than the realization that every she gets to punch a hole through a flimsy door, rip it open, and extract its treasure.

Advent calendars. Better than alarms.

Also, does anybody know where we can opt-out of H5N1? I do not wish to do this again.

You gotta appreciate the predictability of social anxiety.

5 minutes late for a 3 hour lecture?

My brain: Well.. guess I missed that one.

Nah.
You have a hard time sleeping.
Then you get tired.
Then you get anxious about not being able to sleep because you’re so tired.
Then anxiety sprinkles you with its magic and you’re keeping yourself awake because you’re anxious that you can’t sleep.

Or you have kids.
fucked up that I can be extremely tired and extremely unable to sleep at the same time

I took my kid to a birthday party last Sunday morning. Maybe it’s the years of infertility talking, but I can’t understand why parents just sit about on their phones. Bunch of 3/4/5 year olds like.. go have some fun.
Play with your kid.
Chuck the mouthy one in the ball pit.
You’re missing life.

Sometimes I wonder what motivates non-coffee drinkers to get out of bed.

Probably some sort of pulley system.

Advice from a Literature teacher and resister: read your history, but don’t forget your literature.

Resistance is woven through the words of abolitionism and feminism and anti-fascism. Read the history and the literature.

🔴 This is AWESOME!! 🙂🙌🏼

I’ve often RANTED, that in the modern political era, you NEED to speak directly to Canadians & explain YOUR side of the story. 📖

It’s essential. 🎯

That’s how you stamp out DISINFORMATION! 👍🏼👍🏼
Confront the topics HEAD ON & bring clarity to the issues. ✅

I LOVE it.
I LOVE it.

The Alberta Advantage
“The living wage in Calgary is now 63 per cent higher than Alberta’s minimum wage, which is tied with Saskatchewan for the lowest in Canada.”

With the UCP refusing to raise minimum wage and increasing insurance costs, is the cost of living crisis is deliberate?
