So today at the hotel we had some guests that are in the middle of moving. They offered one of my bosses a mini fridge which my boss gladly took them up on. The guest mentions "Oh it has a few stickers on it" my boss says "that's fine" I bring in said fridge and spin it around.

If one doesn't know the difference between procedural generation (a staple of games like Dwarf Fortress for many years), RNGs, and "Gen AI" (the shitty autocomplete using a massive torment nexus, ChatGPT, DALL E, Google Gemini, Copilot, etc.) maybe one shouldn't participate in an anti Gen AI project

Yesterday the Puffin army returned, creeping closer and closer which allowed us to do a whole-island count. A staggering 13,174 were counted rafting, the highest number since 1934! Today, they made their first 2025 landfall, two days earlier than the 2013-2024 first birds ashore mean. Welcome home!
