My 1st Post on Bluesky. I wanted to say hello and thanks for following my Bluesky account. I started engaging online during the Obama campaign. I moved to DKos, because it offered the community that the 1st Obama campaign website offered. I hope to be in community with some of you here on Bluesky.

Best thing about the protests wasn’t the expected big numbers in Boston, NYC, DC, SF, Chicago, or Phoenix.  It was the turnout in so many smaller places: St. George, Utah (400), Ketchum (700) and militia-heavy Coeur d’Alene, Idaho  (1,000), and Amarillo, Texas (100). The list of such places is long.
