Friday's 440 metre loops at HMP New Hall taking pride of place amongst the 'big' races.

Far from the furthest or longest ive run this year but definitely the most impactful.

Also enjoying the fact there is a whole 'prison' section of my medal collection.

Let’s take a look at the whole “there are too many black people on TV” thing, shall we?

After Pochin claimed Black people in TV adverts “made her mad”, all her supporters tried to use 👇🏼 as their excuse for why she was somehow justified in her overt racism.

Spoiler - she isn’t! 🤨

Amanda's new doggy from #qedcon 🥰
Newest foster pup, Bastian. ❤️ He is starting to come out of his shell after being dumped as a 'stray' at a shelter with a 50% euth rate. 💔 Has two tick-borne diseases+giardia, hopefully that's gone. He also has an eye condition, treating with eye drops. Aka, a hot mess. But we'll get him fixed up!

What a way to say goodbye #QEDcon it was a wonderful bittersweet weekend. Over the past decade with @mikehall314.bsky.social I’ve seen him pour so much love and hard work into this brilliant event. So many details from the badge design, the website, the accessibility and inclusivity have Mike /1

Not one to gush, but honestly, @qedcon.org is something special. The last ever #QEDCon ends to a thundering standing ovation.
It’s such a thoughtful event put together with such heart. I first attended about 12 years ago and am so happy I got to contribute to the last two events.
Thanks ❤️

The Skepticamp audience at #qedcon somewhat blew my target out of the water.

Thank you so much x

A week today I will be doing my favourite thing (running in circles) with residents of HMP New Hall for the Prison Reform Trust.

The Brixton run was a blast. Im looking forward to doing the same in the female estate.

It's also my birthday so donations please ☺️

The spoils of my ultra running year (not including Wirral Way in November). Not the slam I was aiming for but working on being proud of myself. 220 miles of medals.

100 mile buckle next year!

Not the slam triumph originally planned but I am proud of myself for grinding this one out when I convinced I was going quit. 57 endless canal miles from Glasgow to Edinburgh. Four ultras completed this year.

Does Tylenol cause autism? A full neuroscientific analysis.
The Trump administration has declared Tylenol (paracetamol) is the likely cause of autism. But is this accurate? A full neuroscientific analysis is required to get to the heart of the matter.

Two IPP termination decisions today. One of them where probation were not supportive of termination. Finally free after 20 years and 7 recalls (On a two year tariff.)

Happy phone calls and many tears (mostly mine!).

Days like this give you the strength to keep going.

Giving out life sentences like sweets went so well last time...

That this is presented by the media as “policy” is why we are in this mess.

These are not serious people. These are monkey tennis ideas, as divorced from the reality of criminal justice as you might expect from a company fronted by multi-millionaire simpletons.

Consent or pay seems to be getting more popular. These disclaimers infuriate me. Privacy is not a commodity to be traded away. Privacy should not be a privilege of the wealthy while those on low incomes have to give up theirs just to read the fucking news.
