Sorry I am not saying you can't support democrats who are trying to do the right thing (few and far between though they may be) but you can't support democrats overall as they are currently operating (or Newsom) and also support trans people and if you don't support trans people go fuck yourself
I am going to try to be nice to everyone I come across as long as I feel they are 100% in support of trans people. Also, I am going to start treating anyone only 99% or less in support of trans people as 0% in support of trans people and bully them. Fuck you pick a side right the fuck now.

last night i went to a fundraiser show for my friend's gender affirming care in texas. across the country, people are doing little things in their community for each other. like dan says, it's not safe to always report on it. but they are happening. find them and help out. you'll feel better!
there are plenty of stories of people doing things that would give you hope right now, and also it's actually not safe to report a lot of them. it's a big adjustment for trying to understand what's happening in america and i don't know what to do with it
