Legit how likely is it that this is because all of the zoomers working at DOGE know nothing about COBOL
yeah. it seems plausible that DOGE has just straight-up broken government payment systems and can't fix them.
That said, there's one type of court order being ignored that I find interesting, and that's the payment stuff. Elons all defensive about it, lots of payments appear to be.. well, broken.
In other words: I am starting to wonder if the government -can't- pay USAID/NIH contractors, etc.
