Meine Kommune in Deutschland sagt man könne nicht garantieren das meine Briefwahlunterlagen rechtzeitig in Belgien ankommen.
Ich frage ob ich dann in Deutschland wählen kann. „Das kann ich Ihnen nicht sagen, das entscheidet sich dann da von Fall zu Fall.“
