Proud to be part of the Portland Bike Bus movement. It’s a joyous part of nearly every week of my family’s school year.
The bike bus concept is gaining in popularity, and Portland is now home to about 25 bike buses. This is largely thanks to Sam Balto.

"Fear is contagious, but so is courage."

Good statement.

Trump and Republicans are clearly on the defensive at this point and Trump is acting in desperation literally throwing stuff on his social media platform.

Dems shouldn't be giving an inch rhetorically - but also legislatively on the Hill.
Good. Dems not backing down in the slightest in the face of Trump's call for their execution. Keep this up, Dems. Treat Trump like *he's* the violent criminal and the real threat to our Constitution order. Because he is.

This is good and prudent. I would also just note that the U.S. Capitol Police are armed. It implies Democrats are prepared to used armed force to resist unlawful political arrests by the executive branch.
Important: House Dem leaders just said Trump's call for execution of Dems has prompted them to contact US Capitol Police and House Sergeant at Arms to "ensure the safety of these members and their families."

Treat Trump like an unhinged menace. He's weak and in deep political trouble. Don't let up.

The President of the United States just called for Democratic members of Congress to be executed. "HANG THEM", he posted.

If you're a person of influence in this country and you haven't picked a side, maybe now would be the time to pick a fucking side.

This is an angle to Trump's behavior that can be easy to forget.

Trump would be fired in any normal workplace over the abusive way he treats people every single day.
POTUS Trump just sexually harassed a woman at work, in front of the entire world.

Texas getting its gerrymander blocked while California and Virginia eliminate 8-9 Republican seats would be a stupendous, comical outcome.
"But when the Trump Administration reframed its request as a demand to redistrict congressional seats based on their racial makeup, Texas lawmakers immediately jumped on board."

"A guy" (known child sex trafficker) "emailing a reporter" (at the most important newspaper in the world, about a presidential candidate's ties to himself, a known child sex trafficker) about "old girlfriends" (underage girls they trafficked) is not "a whole news story" (yes it is.)
The emails that you’re seeing now are news in themselves, but that’s because of how they’re coming out—a congressional committee released them—& the context in which they’re being viewed. A guy emailing a reporter talking about old girlfriends or saying someone is “dirty” is not a whole news story.

nothing to see here, just Donald Trump's top henchmen summoning members of congress to a secure room where they can't be record that is sometimes used for ordering people killed in order to persuade them not to release the Epstein files
My god (sorry I’m late on a bunch of this stuff. But wow!)

According to this NYT report, the head of the FBI and the Attorney General are holding meetings *in the Situation Room* with GOP lawmakers they are trying to pressure to rescind their votes to release the Epstein info. This is madness.

Trump bragged about grappling women by the pu**y & barging into rooms of partially dressed, young pageant contestants. A jury concluded he assaulted E. Jean Carroll in a dressing room. So nothing that’s in the Epstein emails is a surprise. It’s just confirmation.

Q: "Why are White House officials…meeting with Rep. Boebert in an effort to try to get her to not sign this petition calling for the release of the [Epstein] files?"

This is, again, another meeting at the White House about how to prevent the release of FBI documents about child rape. Think for a second, if you were accused of raping children, would you be convening multiple meetings about how to prevent the release of documents that prove your innocence?

If you’ve got a Senate Democrat who is not calling for new leadership, they’re part of the problem.

We should no longer trust Senate Dems who decline to come out against the leadership that led us here. Until proven otherwise, we should assume they were in on the game to fool their own supporters.
