I do in fact think that the majority of games are not playtested.
1. Majority means "more than 50%".
2. Playtested, to me, means that people physically different from the writer, have played the game at least once.
3. I consider all game to be valid, including the majority of "hacks" of systems.

Can someone think up a GAME & publish it without playing it? You’d think not. But I have.

5 cards is an idea I thought up for “The 500 word RPG challenge” one year.
The whole concept of that event goes against what I’d call my principles. But the evil title designer imp in my head….

I do in fact think that the majority of games are not playtested.
