Subcapsular sinus macrophages in the draining lymph node help retain resident memory B cells in the subcapsular niche and promote their re-entry into secondary germinal centers. Boosting vaccines in the same arm leads to more rapid secretion of broadly neutralizing antibodies.

So excited to share our first neuro focused paper from the lab, we show that CXCL4 (PF4) is transported into the brain by proteoglycans within the endothelial glycocalyx and that GAG binding also mediates the pro neurogenesis effects of CXCL4. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

Our new publication on BCR sequencing in ME/CFS, adding to the evidence of an increased usage of IGHV3-30.

Much more immunological research is needed to understand the many lines of evidence indicating immune-mediated or autoimmune components to the disease.
