Single-cell level characterization of B cell depletion and repopulation following rituximab in systemic lupus erythematosus
Objective Rituximab, a CD20+ B cell depletion therapy, is frequently used in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). However, variability in patient response highlights the need for a dee...

Our new publication on BCR sequencing in ME/CFS, adding to the evidence of an increased usage of IGHV3-30.

Much more immunological research is needed to understand the many lines of evidence indicating immune-mediated or autoimmune components to the disease.

It’s wonderful to be at the University of Glasgow today to examine a viva. I think the last time I was here was 18 years ago for my own.
