Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan has indefinitely postponed Donald Trump's sentencing for his guilty verdict on 34 counts of fraud and has granted Trump's motion to file a request to dismiss the case entirely. As a legal professional I can honestly say this is a nightmare scenario.
