IDK why we’re still playing like a 4-day, 28 hour work week wouldn’t cure so much.
I have a lot of thoughts about this 5-day in the office workweek thing.
Succinctly, it decreases employees’ motivation and morale. It’s often unnecessary, can mostly only benefit the company, and is rooted in capitalistic thinking.
