It’s just kinda maddening that the entire Epstein thing had never been more public and the entire elite establishment that participated in it is still going to their 9-5s at the control everything factory whilst we have to worry about losing our livelihoods over tweets about Israel or Charlie Kirk.

It’s so funny going back and watching the original Stranger Things trailer cause you can tell it was supposed to be a horror anthology cause they advertise it as a dark and gritty supernatural crime thriller and the all subsequent seasons it’s advertised as “That’ 80s Show”

Stranger Things is funny cause originally it was supposed to be a sci-fi/horror anthology but then it was a breakout hit so then the entire show becomes 80s nostalgia Disneyland and that first season is just an oddly cold and grim outlier.

Maybe it’s bc a huge portion of my media consumption is abrasive music/terrible sexploitation movies from the 1970s-80s with titles like “Trucker’s Woman” but I don’t get why people need everyone else to think the bad shit they like is Good, Actually. Have the courage to be into what you’re into!
