In country after country, far-right populists offer easy solutions to often non-existent crises, fuelling xenophobia, jealousy, rage for votes. Once in power, they (ab)use their position, serve themselves, & keep people angry while solving nothing. Those who have not yet realised this don't want to.
No doubt they'll be drinking Glasgow dry tonight ...

Congratulations, #Scotland! 🏆

Awareness and testing.

No longer a thing in this part of the world...😞
Princess Kako of Japan tested positive for COVID-19 after developing a fever on Tuesday. She had a sore throat Sunday after a Tokyo event and tested negative Monday, but a second test on Tuesday returned a positive result.

We don't always act on advice. We often know it, even listened, considered, & weighed it. But we think we know better, we know best, so we park it. When our results prove us wrong, though, it's time to reverse out of that space.
Two speeches 🔽 that should be given.🧵

Little things like these make me chuckle:

Just walked past a car parked under a tree and all the fallen leaves had landed upside down with their stems pointing up.

The wilful creation of a 'migrant crisis' is irresponsible & worthy of Reform. The immigrant share of asylum seekers in the UK is 5% but nobody realises as govt & Tories paint it like the invasion Farage once postered. We're a dual national family & shan't return to this racism. Labour has lost it.
