Decided to start the audiobook for @tkingfisher.com “A House with Good Bones” in between elderlings books because everything I’ve read of hers has been a 5 star read for me. Imagine my horror when Cheerwine is criticized only a few moments in! It’s what I deserve for reading one of hers set in NC 😩

Saw @tkingfisher.com at an authors in conversation event tonight and had a blast! Really enjoyed hearing about her writing process. Had a great rapport with Leigh Bardugo (now I want to check out Leigh’s books too!)

Finished Hemlock & Silver by @tkingfisher.com after my library hold very fortunately became available the day before a beach trip. Really enjoyed it! My 2nd after A Wizard’s Guide to Defensive Baking, and both have just been so much fun to read. Looking forward to more!

that anti-trans executive order sports ban won’t be a law this week; they didn’t get closer to defining trans people out of legal existence or trans women as men under the law.
this matters.
