Quit earlier this year. Use YouTube to check things out, but trying to get more physical media. I had Spotify (with a few breaks) for about 12 years. Huge bummer to calculate how much I’d paid and realize I had nothing when I stopped paying.

Fair! Fruity flavors are always divisive. Finished the book and loved it. Side note: when reading about the Mad Wizard of Boone I couldn’t stop thinking about the current wizard Zamfir. Thought you might find it interesting to read about him as he’s much nicer www.wataugademocrat.com/community/th...
The Wizard of Boone still weaving his spell
BOONE — Boone is a town full of iconic imagery. From the raccoon-skin cap of the town’s namesake, Daniel Boone, to the humble disposition of legendary flat picker Doc Watson

I’m enjoying the listen of course, and the narrator is wonderful. I can only hope the titular house is influencing this anti-Cheerwine propaganda

Incredible that npr frames this like it’s a reach across the aisle moment for republicans. Look how bipartisan the absolute hacks are being to try to stop the bloodbath that’s their fault! Absolutely bowing down to them and they’re still cutting npr’s funding. Suck them off more maybe?

I think Interesting Times suffers from an even larger amount of the same issues you bring up for Pyramids which is odd because I think he can write a satire of another culture pretty well (Small Gods comes to mind). Love the series, but something feels off in those two books to me
