A commenter told me not to refer to CECOT as "America's Auschwitz" bc it "minimizes the atrocity of that death camp" to do so. They clearly don't know what CECOT is. Auschwitz didn't start out as a death camp. It started out like CECOT. I chose the comparison bc they follow the same trajectory.
I hate to say this, and it gives me the chills just to think it, but CECOT is on (and not a short way down) the road to Auschwitz.

I really wish some people realised that when society is trying to get you obsessed with shrinking yourself and being smaller it is about so much more than weight.
