I know fewer local people on here but if you live in Alabama and in particular are in driving distance to Birmingham, the APT board of directors is meeting to decide whether to cut PBS, if you can make it out on Tuesday to show them how important PBS is to you it would be very helpful.

Real Estate Investing should not be a thing. the building I live in right now should have been a housing co-operative built with municipal, provincial, and federal funding and any "profit" made should have gone directly into a maintenance fund.

Making property owners pay a larger percentage in property tax on each subsequent house they buy would be rad.

People walk around just not knowing what's happening. Not knowing who their local, state, or federal representatives are. Not knowing what harms are being done with their taxes in their name. If you think you are talking in person to everyday ppl too much about what's happening, you really aren't.

This is already a huge problem in Florida, has been worsening in the Gulf, and with rising ocean temperatures it’s going to make more coastlines less safe to inhabit, in addition to collapsing marine ecosystems that keep our entire global seafood supplies going. And gonna make a lot of people sick!
