Nothing will make you an education AI skeptic faster than grading some college take home assignments. Admins who haven’t been in a classroom in years push it as a learning tool. Students are laughing at them as they use it as a cheating tool. It’s all instructors are texting about with each other.

Oslo failed because it was an undemocratic peace, agreed to by unequals. Any enduring peace must be built democratically.

A good summary of the issues with Oslo. I continue to think that the lessons @danaelkurd.bsky.social lays out here apply well beyond the Palestinian case. I see too many of the Oslo dynamics at play in the Kurdish peace process to be optimistic, for instance.
