In 2024, Minneapolis Police cleared (solved & referred for prosecution) 1.4% of auto theft crimes and 2.5% of crimes involving destruction or damage to property. In 2019, there were 21 investigators on property crime citywide. In 2025, there are only 11. Read: lims.minneapolismn.gov/Download/RCA...

This is the other one. With fossil fuels, discovery costs rise while tech costs fall, meaning prices stay roughly the same (inflation-adjusted) over time. With electrotech, discovery costs are $0, so the only dynamic is falling tech costs. Victory is inevitable.
