This is the other one. With fossil fuels, discovery costs rise while tech costs fall, meaning prices stay roughly the same (inflation-adjusted) over time. With electrotech, discovery costs are $0, so the only dynamic is falling tech costs. Victory is inevitable.

I messed up on my reading of the bill. It says within or outside, but Congress doesn’t have the constitutional authority to regulate intra-state commerce. I imagine there will be a Commerce Clause class action suit.

My guess is that because of the Commerce Clause, besides cannabis being illegal federally from a Schedule I perspective, the actual production, bottling, selling of hemp THC drinks cannot be banned within a states border at the federal level. constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay...
