Wrong. There is a court order that says Abrego Garcia cannot be removed to El Salvador. DoJ violated it. Were he returned to the U.S., DoJ would need to challenge that court order and convince a judge to terminate it in order to lawfully remove him to El Salvador.

There’s a lot of “agree to disagree” noise coming from MAGA lately. What they mean is “I can’t coherently defend my decisions and the harm they cause, but I don’t want to be held accountable, and I’d also like you to humor the pretense that my stupidity is a reasonable disagreement.”
Most of mine won't talk to me anymore, because I am no longer able to control myself, and I just intellectually steamroll them into oblivion, and refuse to respect their desire to "agree to disagree" on whether rampant lawbreaking by the executive is justifiable.
