We rail on Fetterman, rightfully so, but we can't forget how hard Van Drew fell for the cult.
Politicians who change parties after election should have to win a special election to keep their seat. Let the voters decide.

Never forget the traitorous 8 that sold this country out to a child rapist. May their names go down next to Benedict Arnold's.
Breaking: The House just voted to reopen the government.

This might rankle some, but it's time to move on from centrist/moderate Dems. They are just as much a problem in this country as Republicans are. The peacock about and then give us nothing that matches their words. In 7 out of the last 8 elections, the candidate perceived to be less moderate, won.

Rep. Lieu,

It's okay to point out that the traitors in the Senate can now sue the American taxpayer. I don't exactly know who's ear Democrats are listening to but this shit fucking matters. We are being robbed blind and most of you are scared to say anything.
House Democrats are voting no on this awful bill that does nothing to stop healthcare costs from rising.
November 13, 2025 at 1:15 AM
Fuck Schumer and the traitorous 8.
AOC: "It is unconscionable that what we are debating right now is legislation that will give 8 senators over $1 million a piece & we're robbing people of their food assistance & healthcare to pay for it. How can we vote to enrich ourselves by stealing from the American people?"
November 12, 2025 at 11:21 PM
Why has not a single Democrat, or those aligned, challenged Schumer's leadership? It only takes one to do so and they would have to vote on it within 7 days. He's polling at a -4 for fuck sake.
November 12, 2025 at 11:03 PM
If Dems retake control of the Senate we need to elect a majority leader who is going to get rid of the filibuster. Them damn Dems love that stupid thing that isn't even a law. It allows them to give us just enough while having cover to do what their donors want, not what they promise Americans.

I'm happy that the Epstein/Trump truth will finally have a chance to be made public. At what cost? Senators can now sue and steal our tax dollars. Millions losing insurance. This down here.
The Senate’s spending bill eliminates or delays food safety rules aimed at preventing foodborne illnesses and contamination.

Not only did 8 Senate Democrats fail to protect millions of Americans’ healthcare, but they’re also making our food less safe.

Imagine if Senate Dems hadn't caved to a child rapist, which we already knew he was, is a wild way to say that you feel vindicated about your position.
Imagine if Dems in the Senate hadn't caved. The House wouldn't be in session rn, the discharge petition wouldn't be signed, people wouldn't have SNAP, govt workers would be RIF'd & the GOP would have some decent talking points. But also online rage addicts would be happier! YMMV!

Single payer insurance you say. Medicare for all would be better. No, I don't care who makes it happen. We just know that it won't be MAGA.

There's an entire unified house caucus who's against the senate dems "deal"
To place a blanket blame on all dems is kinda irresponsible. Meanwhile dems in the senate have done done this twice to the house dems.

The rot and sickness that is the Democrats has finally been exposed for all to see. Even the most ardent head in the sand people can't deny the absolute atrocity that this party is. Expel the weak frauds and replace with real leaders.
New in PN: Cue the rebellion

"The unfortunate conclusion to the shutdown is going to fuel a rebellion within the Democratic Party, one that has already begun but will only get stronger. And despite all the justified disgust now being expressed at Dems, in the long run it will be good for the party"
Cue the rebellion
The Democratic base is enraged at their party's capitulation — and that's a good thing.

He needs to be removed from that role by tomorrow. Public sentiment towards Democrats was growing. Angst towards Republicans was growing. America rose to the challenge and gave them an actual mandate, fight and oppose Trump. In a week they caved like cowards.
Schumer’s leadership potentially stands on uncertain ground amid the shutdown and criticism from members within his own party.
