I put up some Christmas decorations. I've very much struggled the past few years to do basic tasks so I'm proud of this bit of cheer.

I live in a top 10 major metropolitan area. That only one theater in the 1,000 square miles of this place is showing Wake Up Dead Man is a personal attack.

The funniest thing about the use of the lyric "anaconda" in the trailer for the new Anaconda movie is that in the song, "anaconda" is a euphemism for a penis.

In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.

Please hear me when I say that

1) these anti-medical woo birth movements have been a primary feeder into anti-vaxx eugenic movements

2) they pre-date the age of social media

3) they exist because we have not addressed medical sexism and specifically obstetric violence

1. Mark Kelly did some political side step here.
2. I continue to believe that Mark Kelly is going to run for President.

Specifically, the fear of God comes from GOP uncertainty with rejiggering maps after Virginia turned into practically a supermajority state overnight. You might redistrict yourself right out of a job
really important element of this basically total victory is that it puts the fear of god in republican incumbents and may bring the redistricting push to a total halt
