I was sent the Centurion in MKII armour from the upcoming Saturnine box from Warhammer. Here's my take of it in the colours of the Thousand Sons legion.

Most War of the World adaptations really miss the mark and make the Martians *way* way too powerful - the whole idea isn't that they're invincible, it's just that they're an order of magnitude scarier than we are.
Tom Cruise's War of the Worlds (2005) is pretty good, and I appreciate it more with the distance of time as a post-9/11 time capsule.
But there's no moment where a warship heroically sacrifices itself for a ship full of civilians, so unfortunately, I give it my lowest rating: no Thunderchild/10
