49 years ago racism was much more prevalent than it is today. The fact that in that sea of racists, Farage was memorable for his racism is remarkable.

BBC news just now:

“The govt. have announced a plan to X.

A Reform spokesman has said X is bad.”

Seemingly didn’t bother to ask any other parties.

If only the @bbc et al. had done their jobs the last decade or so, we wouldn’t be in this mess. A perfect example of what might have been:
Democrat @raskin.house.gov excoriates Nigel Farage for banning journalists from Reform UK events:

"I'm asking you a direct question. Why do you ban journalists who oppose your views from coming to your events? Why did you tell local government not to do interviews with your local newspaper?"

Privacy, water companies, Brexit. This govt. has dropped the ball so comprehensively on these issues — it’s like they want to be voted out…

The SizewellC nuclear plant is estimated to cost about £80b.

There are about 18m houses in the UK (excl. apartments).

£80b could put a £6k solar system on about 70% of ALL HOUSES in the UK.

That’s free energy for 20-30 years for 7 out of 10 houses.

Farage should never be interviewed without being forced to answer for failures of Brexit. That the man whose lies fuelled Brexit vote which has cost UK Billions & who said Liz Truss budget was “best Tory budget since 1986” could be trusted on *anything* is mind-boggling #bbclaura

Why is our media so in thrall to the dimwitted Farage? The man's wreaked havoc on this country, every single one of his ideas has been proven to be a fucking disaster and his parliamentary party has shed a third of MPs in a year. When do they challenge and stop treating him like some PM in waiting?

Interesting move. Nice that at least one party wants to challenge Reform rather than dance to their tune.
Nigel Farage has made it clear that Reform wants to do to our councils what Donald Trump and Elon Musk are doing to America.

On behalf of local people, our new team will shine a light on what Reform councils are up to, scrutinise their actions and fight to protect local services.
